The short version
You describe your event. We research sponsors that match your audience and send you a report with their contact details and social accounts. On plans that include outreach, every brand also comes with a written first email you can send.
No blank spreadsheet, no guessing at which companies might care. The research is done for you, and the outreach can be too, so a job that used to take days takes minutes of your attention.
What's in your report
Every SponsorBound report is built to be acted on, not just read. You get:
- Event-matched sponsor leads: brands chosen for your audience, not a generic export.
- Contact details for each brand: so you can actually reach them.
- Social media accounts for each brand: so you can warm them up before you pitch.
- A written first email per brand: included on plans with outreach, personalized and ready to send.
- Delivered as a clean report: everything in one place, ready the same day during beta.

What makes the matches good
Matched, not generic
A sponsorship database hands you thousands of companies and leaves the matching to you. SponsorBound does the matching, choosing brands for your specific audience and event, so the list is short, relevant, and worth working.
Ready to act on
Every match comes with a contact, and on outreach plans a written first email, so you're not handed a name and left to figure out the rest.
Tuned to how specific you want to be
Want only brands in your obvious category, or a wider net that reaches your audience from unexpected angles? You choose the range, and whether to focus on local, regional, or nationwide sponsors.
The first email, written for you
Every brand comes with a first email already written. Not a template with your event name swapped in, but a pitch built from your audience and why that specific brand fits it. Send it as-is, edit it to your voice, or use it as a starting point. Included on plans with outreach.
IronForge x National Fitness & Strength Expo
Hi Marcus,
I run partnerships for the National Fitness & Strength Expo, two days this October with around 15,000 attendees, most of them serious lifters and home-gym builders actively buying equipment. That's exactly who IronForge is built for.
We don't have a home-gym equipment partner locked yet, and the fit is obvious: a hands-on demo floor where people actually load the racks, plus the buyers who leave an expo like this ready to kit out a garage gym.
Not pitching a package yet. I'd rather hear what a partnership looks like from your side and see if there's something worth building together this year.
